5. Shipping and Delivery

* Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
* Estimated delivery time is between two (2) and three (3) business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances or for remote areas.
* Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for receiving it at the agreed delivery time.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, inaccurate shipping information, or the customer’s unavailability to receive the order.
